I want to talk a boy but i am to shy...and there is more problems!!!?

theres this boy and i really like him.but when i talk to himhe tries to trip me or call me names so basicly he is mean to me.but my best friend tiffani it's a diff story.he is sweet to her and once in the winter her gave her his sweater!!!she looked at me and said ';are u ok?do u want me to bring it back to him?'; and i said no even tho i wanted to take it.me and tiffani have been best friends ever since we were bout 1 so we are close.bout a week ago i stayed the night over her house because we just came home late from a fair.and she told me that in short way to explain it that this boy flirts with her and he even calls her.she says no but he keeps goin!!i dont get it i mean why is he so nice to her and not me?but even if he wasnt me to i am to shy and i dont no how to stop being shy.tiffani always tries to help me and tiffani inst the type of girl who would go out with him so that is really good.please read carefully and help me!!could it be the looks????look in added details for pics!!I want to talk a boy but i am to shy...and there is more problems!!!?
ill make it simple: he no likey you. give it up. move on, theres plenty of other guys out there that will like you, and will be nice to you also. he treats you cruely, those are the worst type of guys out there.
