Take it from me, do NOT ask him out. He will reject you or end up using you for sex and make you feel like a worthless piece of crap. Most of the time, flirting goes nowhere. It's only the guy you never expected who will ask you out. So, just clear your mind of this one and wait for a real date.
you start hanging out with him more... and ask him to go to the movies with you with a couple of your friends
Wait......if you push, he may get the wrong idea about you. See how he treats you....if he doesn't respond within the next couple weeks, then suddenly asks you out, don't go. If he starts talking to you %26amp; makes attempts to get to know you, then you've got a good start.
Give him hints like telling him that there is this movie coming out soon and you really want to go but you just don't have anyone to go with you. Something like this so he has a chance to say ';well if you want I can go with you';. Then just like that you both are going on a date. If he's smart I'm sure he'll pick up your hints. If he's not then just give him your number and tell him to call you sometime.

If you showed him you liked him.. let him do the rest of the work. He will if he likes you. If you asked him it would be to easy. Think about this if someone handed a guy a really cool fast car he would probally drive it and not think about being careful just about how cool it was to get it and if he had to earn all the money to buy the car himself then he would take really good care of it .. You don't want to be the give away :)
