Smile at him a lot. touch him (obviously not sexually but like tap him on the arm or pat him on the shoulder). Talk to him about random stuff. tell him you like his... idk... shoes. if he doesn't get the hint, tell him you like him. direct approach is full-proof.
pick and joke with him, say flirty stuff. do you have texting? if you do, get his number and text him.
