in all honesty, it should be natural, you shouldnt have to ask (no offense of course.)
just be your self and talk to him, tell him what you like about him when appropriate, etc. this is coming from a guy btw, i would know.
Talk about homework or talk about each others likes or dislikes. Ask him anything but nothing that is not too uncomfortable or your just gonna scare him away.
