You mentioned they dont listen.
They arent interested in you, basically you have acted in a way that they are not attracted to.
You need to keep them occupied.
Girls get bored if a guy talks about himself all night, so if thats your way...stop it now.
Girls are attentive if they talk about themselves and you are listening and asking questions.
She may talk about boring things but its not the topics you are looking for, you are looking to make sure the attention is kept between you ans her..not her being bored and looking at other guys.

The fact is that you are AFRAID.
Afraid to say the wrong thing, or that the woman you are talking to would say ';no,'; or that you would offend her.
I have rarely seen a woman respond by getting upset, saying something rude, or acting offended.
Remember if you are nervous, they will get nervous...and that is a turn off.
Relax, be confident in who you are, treat her more as a friend rather than a date...if you see her as a friend more than apossible GF, you will make less errors and also be more relaxed.

find a girl ur friends with or slightly know and u can hold a conversation with..it will help u become more comfortable talking to girls

Maybe dress better, or change your look. Another thing is try to be relaxed, girls don't like boys that are all nervous and weird. Also try making her laugh, and say nice things to her. Don't flirt with her just yet though. Try to get her to notice you, and get to know each other better. Then if everything goes well flirt with her =]
nobody is bad looking. everybody has beauty, it just takes the right person to care enough to see that beauty in you. in the meantime, just be yourself and have a ball and who cares what they think or don't think, say or don't say, accept or reject? stay you, keep being you, be the best you you know how to be, the real you, not a fake you who tries to be something for somebody else, that's fake, and eventually, guaranteed, you'll meet somebody who likes the real you. why would you want somebody who settles for a fake anyway? hang in there and have fun no matter what. my philosophy: i'm a damn good person and a pretty good catch and if you can't see that, that's your loss. bye. see if that attitude helps you out.
